At 18, Brian began his journey into commercial real estate finance, which eventually led him to launch Robb Capital, a well-respected commercial real estate finance and advisory firm. Through Robb Capital, he arranged financing for numerous significant multi-million-dollar transactions, including a $27.75 million retail deal at age 26 and a $42.84 million loan for the Le Méridien hotel in Dallas, TX. He also founded Marketing Real Estate, a full-service marketing agency known for pioneering proprietary marketing techniques and working with prominent real estate clients.

Brian has served as Chief Marketing Officer for various top-tier organizations, including as the CMO to the world’s #1 marketing influencer according to Forbes (2017), and under Brian’s marketing leadership, they became the first RegA+ fund ever to raise $50 million via social media alone. He has also held the position of Chief Marketing Officer for Engel & Völkers Florida and EXIT Realty Florida, where his marketing systems contributed significantly to the increase in franchisees and brokerages across the state of Florida. Moreover, Brian served as CMO of Reiturn.com, where he launched an innovative investment portal that enabled prospective investors to invest in multifamily real estate entirely online. Additionally, he was a Vice President of CBRE, the largest commercial real estate company in the world, and is a Florida licensed real estate broker. Brian was one of the youngest members accepted into the Forbes Real Estate Council and subsequently the Forbes Business Council. Moreover, he is a contributor at Entrepreneur Inc., where he authors articles on positive psychology in business and entrepreneurship.

Brian earned an MBA with Merit from Imperial College London, a university currently ranked #2 in the world, where his thesis centered on the BHR Method for Real Estate Recruitment, Lead Generation, and Franchise Sales. Additionally, he obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) in London. His thesis at Bayes focused on innovative marketing methods for the commercial real estate industry. Brian completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh.
