Halite Partners (“Halite”), an SEC registered investment adviser, today announced the appointments of Kevin Kale to Director of Business Development and Nicci Harrell Hicks to Director of Wealth Services. These new hires demonstrate Halite’s ability to attract the top talent to provide best-in-class solutions and services through a transformative model. In addition to the appointments, Halite officially opened its office in Florida.

Mr. Kale joins Halite from Manning & Napier Advisors, where he spent 14 years and served as Vice President and Client Consultant responsible for new client acquisition and serviced $2 billion in institutional and high-net-worth client assets. In his new role, he will use his passion for transcending traditional client relationships to act as a liaison connecting ultra-high-net-worth and institutional clients with the Halite team.

Mrs. Hicks joins Halite from NetJets Inc., where she was Assistant General Counsel, serving as a trusted strategic advisor for the premier private aviation company and was responsible for tailoring the resolution of legal and business issues to help the company achieve its goals. Prior to NetJets, Mrs. Hicks spent six years at Squire Patton Boggs LLP, in both its Washington, DC-and Columbus, Ohio offices, advising on complex business litigation. At Halite, Mrs. Hicks will focus on expanding the firm’s family office capabilities, helping individuals and families grow and preserve their legacies with goal-based strategies.
