This is a non-deal meeting request to meet with Nouveau Monde Graphite (TSX-V: NOU, NYSE: NMG) on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 16th and 17th in Miami & Palm Beach. NMG is developing a turnkey natural graphite operation in Quebec to supply the Western market with active anode material. The company is on track to become North America’s largest producer of natural graphite. In February 2024, NMG announced multi-year off-take agreements with Panasonic Energy and General Motors (GM) to support North America’s anode push. GM and Panasonic have become shareholders of the company with each a 11% stake in addition to Mitsui (12%) and Pallinghurst (16%).
