On November 3rd, the PBHFA hosted an intimate gathering at the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show. Sponsored by Andrew LaBuhn and Camper & Nicholsons International, the gathering proved to be educational and entertaining for everyone involved.
We met at the Camper&Nicholsons VIP lounge prior to touring several storied yachts.
Next, we met with the folks from Ferretti Yachts, Palm Beach for a tour aboard their fleet of Pershings
Our next stop took us to the incredible fishing inspired yacht Buckpasser for a personal tour conducted by Captain Larry.
Buckpasser is owned by Bessemer Trust’s Phipps Family from Palm Beach and brokered by Andrew LaBuhn. Captain Larry has helmed the ship for over 35 years and shared inside knowledge of her construction and travels to our delight.
Learning that one of the PBHFA’s premium member guests is personal friends with a Phipps family member brought many happy memories to Captain Larry on the multi-craft covered top deck of Buckpasser.
